Say your positive statements - these simple phrases you need to repeat 3 times each - can really create a positive happy and quiet feeling, so that you start your day.

Here are three morning statements to say before getting out of bed.
Memorize them or put them next to your bed in the music card. (Or on your phone, it works!)

1. Today I feel healthy and strong.
2. I am happy and grateful for my life.
3. I love, attractive and worthy of love.
